let's dive a little into who we are
so today with this beautiful microphone I want
to ask some questions

yes i think we make a lot of videos
and episodes and podcasts
etcetera on all different subjects
but now I'm on the talking chair

I wonder what do you want to know about me

well I just think about how we start
at an introduction when you enter a new lesson

how long have you lived in the Netherlands no how old are you

2 weeks ago I turned 30
so of course that's a milestone
so since then
since then I have problems with my knees
headache
no I can't stay awake until late
but
I had that a bit before
not really too many things changed so I'm 30 now
yeah yeah
yes and we also record this podcast in your house
your beautiful house
and how long have you lived here
I live here now
about 2 years slightly longer than 2 years
but yes we plan
to move me and my wife yes so actually
these may have been the last few months
that we live in this apartment in Amsterdam hmm
but you will stay in the Netherlands anyway
certainly yes even though my heart wants to go
to Tokyo or to
Mexico city hmm but it will be Haarlem hmm so yes
well a nice city too
in the Netherlands I think to start

that Dutch is spoken there
that the most easily
understood or what you actually want to learn

from Vienna in Austria to Istanbul

to Istanbul

a kind of 30 days 30 years 30 days

also filming things in Dutch
and of course be careful on the road

but more just try things out and watch

just travel spontaneously

I don't feel like it anymore and

the route runs along the Danube

I also saw if you can have some kind of boat hmm
also do a trip along the river yes maybe for one
rest day yes I do that
but the idea is yes
what is more important to you then indeed the cycling
part or arriving in Istanbul
yes a little bit both
I also have
like it doesn't matter the means to get there
but
it is also a bit of a challenge and a physical challenge
of course
because it is 80 to 100km cycling certainly per day
I like challenges whether it is physical or
with language or with other things
so yes just like learning language there is not just one
way to get somewhere of course
but to challenge yourself in different ways
and have you already been to the countries
where you will come by
some I have been in Vienna once and in
Hungary in Budapest once
but I also go to Slovakia Serbia
Bulgaria a little bit of Croatia too
and then Turkey
yes so those are all new countries for me
just all of them too
so there you will also learn and experience a lot
and if so I am curious
yes you have a lot of time there you think or yes
a lot of time on the road say yes on the way yes
but it is also in August and September
so it will be hot
so my plan is to be early
to go cycling so that I
yes when it gets really hot I already am
hopefully somewhere
and then maybe have the afternoon to do a bit of
looking around and

to organize for going
Dutch students and you have it for yourself
and what do you think is the biggest challenge for this
travel well I was talking about I'm 30
so now and my knees
and that is actually also because in terms of
stamina and so it goes quite well
but I'm just starting to suffer from my body
after a while of
cycling so I am very curious if I will
persist for so long
and of course also a combination with the route
I do have a schedule for my route
but yes it is all new of course
a new country and you don't know how the
infrastructure is how the roads are not like in the Netherlands
probably exactly
in the Netherlands you have the bicycle
highways so a separate cycle path next to the highway
but of course you do
actually nowhere else no no
so yes but I am aware of that
i will put a small
rearview or side mirror on my
steer yes so I can see trucks coming
and so
Sure, but of course it is also a risk
and you still have a little time to train
or prepare
yes so I cycle a lot through the dunes
actually looking for something with height difference
in the Netherlands and that is
next to Limburg the only place where you have that
so to simulate it a bit but yes in the end
you will get fit on such a trip too

traveling is something one of your hobbies is surely

most beautiful trip you have made so far
ooh maybe the first
trip I made alone was to Indonesia
that was a very nice trip
seen many beautiful places
and another
was actually the last one I did and
that was to
Mexico and I fell very much in love there
with the country and Mexico city
is one of my favorite cities now yes it was a lot of fun
to be there for about a week
and also to do a language course and discover the city
and I love Mexican food of course
but there is also a certain
energy and atmosphere in that city
makes you feel like going outside
feel like doing things to discover
and perhaps also the combination with history

what is it called teotihuacan the pyramids
nearby so yes a nice mix of nature
culture
and good food
so yes exactly what you are looking for then yes yes sure
yes and even then if you are in a
you are going abroad
do you have an idea of going Dutch going
back Dutch of ja going Dutch community natuurlijk
can tell you something about that when has that
started yes also fun
so in Mexico I met with some people who
follow the going Dutch
or have been in the Netherlands
or have plans to go there
and they sent me a message and we spent
an afternoon together there or
ate at a specific place
and practiced a little Dutch of course yes
so actually yes
the going Dutch idea or the language school idea
was kind of
flipped version of that I
go on a trip and go somewhere
rather people who
just come to the Netherlands from another place
who come here with their own background
that I still have a bit of a connection with
visiting other places
but more from
yes the perspective within the Netherlands
learning the language and stuff
so yes that was also a nice way for me
to travel within your own country, say yes
so that and and actually
teaching also came a bit out of the practical
so yes i did a bilingual
education in English a lot
and during high school
and I have
a teacher training for teaching English
and this is something that is asked a lot in
asian countries
yes in Spain and South in South Europe in South America
so that's something too
what you can do anywhere
yes so you actually wanted
actually to become an English teacher yes
until someone came up with the request to
Take Dutch lessons
and then I found out that it is actually
that it is so much more than just
teaching someone a language
but also the culture associated with it
yes the feeling there
the connection you have with a country where you
want to live or maybe where your family comes from
is now also within the community we have
students who of course live in the Netherlands yes
or who have just moved to the Netherlands
who have a Dutch
partner who have met abroad
for example or people
those in America or Australia
living with a Dutch background
who still want some kind of connection with their yes
background yes
yes so continue with yes
using the language you learn more about the culture
and that's also what you said it was
a community, can you tell more
about why it is not called a school
but a community
yes I think it is the most
important actually the most important part
because yes if you learn a language
you not only learn the language, you also learn actually
kind of the cultural connections and everything around it
and you don't do that alone
yes you don't just do that behind your
grammar book or your Duolingo app or something
you have to be in contact with others for that
yes sharing with each other
also a little out of your comfort zone
but feel that you are not alone
in it yes
so basically it was the change from
a bit the traditional language course structure to
yes we have now did a summer school yes 2 times
we have
day excursions to different cities
a cooking course a
karaoke evening yes a little of everything exactly
and you also notice that that binds people so much yes and
you know you kind of have a deeper connection with
the country but also at the same time to the language
yes and get more motivation
and so yes and it is something you
in your own way
can be a member of and
it's not like a language school you
or a course that you have to have fit in your life
that you
with which you yes you complete after 2 weeks
but it's more how community fits into your life
do you go to a few lessons a week or
or very much it is all based on how you
live your own life
whether you live in the Netherlands or not
there is a place for everyone in the community
yes that is very nice also different levels
even if you may already be teaching Dutch
we have a few students
who link their own community there again
so it is actually
a bit of everything yes exactly
and yes we get now also
suggestions from students
with series of books or yes
apps or whatever they use to each other
a bit to support so that's also the community
feeling it is a community in Dutch
of course
but the word community is also popular here
certainly yes that may also be
that the going Dutch community idea
in itself is also already
it is an English term but it makes
it Dutch by
yes it just is
yes yes and i think so too when you look at
yes learning a language even if you look at other countries
there are a lot of English
words used by popular
culture pop culture actually
which is completely fine and what people themselves
use there too so
yes to be a little less
to be less strict of oh this is how it should be yes
but more of like
how do people really use it
yes you can be a bit more playful with the language
yes so that you can really connect with people
and that it feels more authentic
yes because nobody speaks in the Netherlands
only Dutch
neither do the Dutch
they are of course very high in English
level that they master
because they just like to practice with English but
yes for both of us
both also learn other languages and we
so like to use those languages
we recently had that at the summer school
where the students only
were allowed to speak Dutch
but I have to do my best
to not
throw in a Spanish word or another word
it is
multilingualism is the
core of who we are also in the community
so everyone has their own
language and it takes its own knowledge
to the community and we talk about it
and I think we learn a lot from each other
by doing that
yes in every lesson yes exactly
yes and this is just the beginning of yet another podcast
setting and we still have a lot of fun things on
the planning
but I am very curious where do you see
Going Dutch Community in 5 years
good question
you never know where things are
going but I think where we are
very active
to organise different
things
to different parts of life actually
to link to
yes the language learning process
so by
organizing many different activities
and in addition actually
yes we hope of course to be a kind of first place
for people
if they think ok I want to learn Dutch I want
help from other people i want to get tips
I live in Deventer
and I want to practice my Dutch
or I want to get to know other people
who are also learning Dutch
that all this can be done through the going Dutch community
with partners yes with
teachers of ours who may live in different cities
and organize things there
so yes actually a
large network yes not only online
not only online no no so the mix between
online because it is practical
you can do it
after work before work during work
or your studies or something else
or if you have children
maybe in between I don't know if that's possible
I don't have a child
but maybe an evening hours
yes exactly but that you can at least
schedule around your
life actually but also
the physical the personal and yes in real life
because it's fun
and yes it helps me with the motivation I think
yes and yes i discover
I like the Netherlands and I also like to share it with others
so this is also a nice way
of course to do that yes
so yes we are always open to
collaborations so anyway that certainly yes yes so
lots of fun things on the
planning at least yes and your
cycling adventure too so i go i

laten we een beetje duiken in wie wij zijn
dus ik wil jou vandaag met deze mooie

ja ik denk we maken veel video's
en afleveringen en podcasts
en etcetera over allemaal verschillende onderwerpen
maar ja nu zit ik op de de praatstoel
jij zit op de vraagstoel dus
ik ben benieuwd wat wil je van me weten
of wat willen jullie van me weten ook inderdaad
nou ja ik denk gewoon aan hoe we beginnen
bij een introductie als je in een nieuwe les komt
kun je eerst iets vertellen over ja hoe
hoe lang woon je al in Nederland nee hoe oud ben je

2 weken geleden ben ik 30 geworden
dus dat is natuurlijk een mijlpaal
dus sinds dan
sinds dien heb ik last van mijn knieën
hoofdpijn
nee ik kan niet meer tot laat wakker blijven
maar
dat had ik daarvoor ook al een beetje dus
niet echt teveel dingen veranderd dus ik ben nu 30
ja ja
ja en we nemen deze podcast ook op in jouw huis
je mooie huis
en hoelang woon je hier al
ik woon hier nu
ongeveer 2 jaar iets langer dan 2 jaar
maar ja we zijn van plan
om te verhuizen ik en mijn vrouw ja dus eigenlijk dus
zijn dit misschien de laatste maanden
dat we in dit appartement wonen in Amsterdam hmm
maar je blijft wel in Nederland toch
zeker ja ook al wil mijn hart graag
naar naar Tokio of naar
Mexico stad hmm maar het wordt Haarlem hmm dus ja
nou ook een mooie
stad in Nederland denk ik om te starten
dat ze zeggen
dat daar het Nederlands wordt gesproken
dat het meest makkelijk
te begrijpen is of wat je eigenlijk wil leren
dus wie weet kan jij daar ook nog weer wat nieuws
leren precies
ja want mijn accent ik weet niet
of het heel sterk is maar ik kom uit Zoetermeer
dus het is een beetje een mix
tussen Haags en Rotterdam misschien
maar mensen noemen het ook een beetje een bekakte
ja accent dus je hebt wel een echte r ja ook
dus maar bij jou ja je hebt je hebt gewoon je eigen
accent ontwikkeld volgens mij
ja en ook als we nu praten
het is misschien een iets lager tempo
dan dat ik normaal zou doen
maar ik weet niet of ik mijn accent
echt heel erg aanpas
nee ja en soms hoor ik studenten
wel zeggen dat ze dat
nodig moeten doen of dat ze dat graag willen
maar als je kijkt naar heel Nederland heeft ja iedereen
een ander accent en ook vooral de uitspraak van de g
hoef je echt niet zo hard op te werken
ja wij komen allebei uit de Randstad dus wij
hebben die g wel
maar het is helemaal niet nodig om een harde
g te ontwikkelen je mag best met een zachte g spreken
precies mensen vragen ook
ja wat is het beste accent om te leren
ja natuurlijke de Randstad accent
maar ja het is ook waar waar woon je ja
misschien wat is het accent van je partner
of wat hoor je het meest
of van ja de plek waar je werkt ja of zo maar
is niet heel belangrijk nee
en je had het net over naar het buitenland gaan
je hebt wel plannen om binnenkort een reis te maken
kan je daarover iets vertellen
ja dus ik weet niet precies waar we
wanneer we dit publiceren
of het dan al
geweest is of niet waarschijnlijk niet
maar ik ga in Augustus
ga ik voor een maand fietsen
als Nederlander natuurlijk
van wenen in Oostenrijk naar Istanbul
dus ik ga met de trein naar
Wenen en vanaf daar
fiets ik in ongeveer een maand denk ik naar
naar Istanbul
maar ik ga dit ook filmen dus
het wordt een soort fiets vlog
een soort 30 dagen 30 jaar 30 dagen
fiets vlog of zo precies ja dus ik zal elke dag
een beetje
vertellen ook in het Nederlands dingetjes filmen
en ook wel een beetje oppassen natuurlijk op de weg
ja dus kijk uit hè ja maar ik heb
een goed microfoontje ervoor en een
verschillende camera's dus
ik ben benieuwd ja en waarom
ga je dit doen waar wat bracht je op dit idee
ik weet het niet nee ik denk dat ik een video heb gezien
op YouTube
ergens van iemand die een fietsrondreis ja heeft gedaan
en toen ben ik geïnspireerd geraakt
ja maar ik moet zeggen
met heel veel dingen in mijn leven
is het niet met heel veel voorbedachte rade geweest
maar meer gewoon dingen uitproberen en kijken
hoe het is ja eigenlijk
gewoon spontaan op op reis gaan
ja misschien na 2 dagen
heb ik er geen zin meer in en
ja dan wat dan ja
de route loopt langs de de Donau
hoe zeg je het in het Nederlands Donau Danube
Donau Donau volgens mij de rivier ja dus
ik zag ook al je kan een soort boot hmm
tocht ook doen langs de rivier ja misschien voor een
rustdag ja dat ik dat doe
maar het idee is wel ja
wat is voor jou belangrijker dan inderdaad het fietsen
onderdeel of dat je in Istanbul aankomt
ja een beetje allebei
ik heb ook wel
van het maakt niet uit de middelen om daar te komen
maar
het is ook een beetje een uitdaging een een fysieke uitdaging
natuurlijk
want het is wel 80 tot 100km fietsen zeker per dag maar
ik hou van van uitdagingen of het nou fysiek is of
met taal of met andere dingen
dus ja net als taal leren is er niet maar een
weg om ergens te komen natuurlijk
maar om jezelf uit te dagen op verschillende manieren
en ben je al in de landen geweest
waar je dan langs gaat komen
sommige wel ik ben in wenen een keer geweest en in
Hongarije in Budapest een keer
maar daarnaast ga ik ook naar Slowakije Servië
Bulgarije een klein stukje Kroatië ook
en dan Turkije
ja dus dat zijn allemaal nieuwe landen voor mij
gewoon ook allemaal
dus daar ga je ook heel veel leren en meemaken
en zo ja ik ben benieuwd
ja heb je dan veel tijd daar denk je of ja
veel tijd op de weg zeg maar ja onderweg ja
maar het is ook in Augustus en September
dus het zal heet zijn
dus mijn plan is om vroeg
te gaan fietsen zodat ik
ja als het echt heet wordt dat ik dan al
ergens ben hopelijk
en dan ook misschien de middag heb om een beetje
rond te kijken en
ja of misschien ook wat tips te krijgen van ja
going Dutch natuurlijk ja dus
ja want we hadden het over dat we challenges
organiseren voor going
Dutch studenten en je hebt het ook voor jezelf dus
en wat is dan denk je de grootste uitdaging voor deze
reis nou ja ik had het over ik ben 30
nu en mijn knieën dus
en dat is eigenlijk ook want qua
uithoudingsvermogen en zo gaat het best prima
maar ik begin gewoon last te krijgen van mijn lichaam
na een tijdje
fietsen dus ik ben heel benieuwd of ik dat ga
volhouden voor zo lang
en dan natuurlijk ook een combinatie met de route
ik heb wel een een planning voor mijn route
maar ja het is allemaal nieuw natuurlijk
een nieuw land een je weet niet hoe de
infrastructuur is hoe de wegen niet zoals in Nederland
waarschijnlijk precies
in Nederland heb je de fiets
snelwegen dus naast de snelweg een aparte fietspad
maar dat heb je natuurlijk
eigenlijk nergens anders nee nee
dus ja maar daar ben ik me van bewust
ik zal een kleine
achteruitkijk of zijspiegeltje op mijn
stuur zetten ja zodat ik vrachtwagens kan zien aankomen
en zo
tuurlijk maar het is een risico ook natuurlijk ja
en heb je nog een beetje tijd om te trainen
of je voor te bereiden
daarop ja dus ik fiets veel door de duinen heen
eigenlijk op zoek naar iets met hoogteverschil
in Nederland en dat is
naast Limburg de enige plek waar je dat hebt
dus om het een beetje te simuleren maar ja uiteindelijk
zal je fit worden op zo'n reis ook
zeker ja je kan zo'n NS abonnement natuurlijk aan
afsluiten deze maand nog om even door heel Nederland
te fietsen precies
zo'n zomerabonnement ja maar goed
ja dus sowieso
reizen is wel iets wat een van je hobby's is toch zeker
en wat was je
mooiste reis die je tot nu toe hebt gemaakt
oeh lastig misschien de de eerste
reis die ik alleen heb gemaakt was naar Indonesië toe
dat was een hele mooie reis
veel mooie plekken gezien
en een andere
was eigenlijk de laatste die ik heb gedaan en
dat was naar
Mexico toe en daar ben ik ook heel verliefd
op geraakt op het land Mexico stad
is een van mijn favoriete steden nu ja het was heel leuk
om daar een week te zitten ongeveer
en ook een taal cursus te doen en de stad te ontdekken
en ik hou van Mexicaans eten natuurlijk
maar er is ook een bepaalde
energie en sfeer in die stad wat ervoor
zorgt dat je ook zin hebt om naar buiten te gaan
zin hebt om dingen te doen om te ontdekken
en misschien ook wel de combinatie met de geschiedenis
ja
hoe heet het teotihuacan de piramides
daar in de buurt dus ja een mooie mix van natuur van
cultuur
en lekker eten
dus ja precies wat jij zoekt dan ja ja zeker
ja en zelfs dan als je in een
in het buitenland ben ga je
heb je toch een idee van going Dutch going
back Dutch of ja going Dutch community natuurlijk
kan je daar iets over vertellen wanneer is dat
ontstaan ja ook wel leuk
in Mexico heb ik dus afgesproken met wat mensen die
de going Dutch vervolgen
of in Nederland zijn geweest
of plannen hebben om daar naartoe te gaan
en die hebben me een bericht gestuurd en we hebben daar
een middagje samen doorgebracht of
bij een specifiek plekje gaan eten
en een beetje Nederlands geoefend ook natuurlijk ja
dus eigenlijk ja
de going Dutch idee of de taalschool idee
was een soort van
omgedraaide versie van dat ik
op reis ga en ergens naartoe ga
eerder mensen die
juist naar Nederland komen van een andere plek
die met hun eigen achtergrond hier komen
dat ik toch nog een beetje een soort connectie heb met
andere plekken bezoeken
maar dan meer vanuit
ja het perspectief binnen Nederland
de taal leren en zo
dus ja dat was voor mij ook een mooie manier om toch
te reizen binnen je eigen land zeg maar ja zeker
dus dat en en eigenlijk
het het lesgeven kwam ook een beetje uit het praktische
dus ja ik heb tweetalig
onderwijs gedaan in het Engels veel
en ik heb middelbare school op de middelbare school
en ik heb
een docentenopleiding gedaan voor om Engels les te geven
en dit is iets wat veel wordt gevraagd in
asiatische landen
ja in Spanje en Zuid in Zuid Europa in Zuid Amerika
dus dat is ook iets
wat je overal kan doen
ja dus jij wilde eigenlijk Engels
docent worden eigenlijk wel ja
totdat iemand met de aanvraag kwam om
Nederlandse lessen te volgen
en toen kwam ik erachter dat het eigenlijk
dat het zoveel meer is dan alleen
iemand een taal leren
maar ook de cultuur die eraan is gelinkt
ja het gevoel erbij
de connectie die je hebt met een land waar je
wil wonen of misschien waar je familie vandaan
komt dus nu ook binnen de community hebben we
studenten die natuurlijk in Nederland wonen ja
of die net naar Nederland zijn verhuisd
die een Nederlandse
partner hebben die in het buitenland hebben ontmoet
bijvoorbeeld of juist mensen
die in Amerika of Australië
wonen met Nederlandse achtergrond
die toch een soort verbinding met hun ja
achtergrond willen hebben ja
ja dus door met ja
de taal te gebruiken leer je meer over de cultuur
en dat is ook wat je zei dat het
een community is kan je daar nog meer
over vertellen waarom heet het geen school
maar een community
ja het is denk ik wel het meest
belangrijke eigenlijk het belangrijkste onderdeel
want ja als je een taal leert
je leert niet alleen de taal je leert ook juist
soort van de culturele connecties en alles daar omheen
en dat doe je niet alleen
ja dat doe je niet alleen maar door achter je
grammatica boek te zitten of je Duolingo app of zo
daar moet je voor in contact zijn met anderen
ja het delen met elkaar
ook een beetje uit je comfortzone
treden maar het gevoel hebben dat je er niet alleen
in staat ja
dus eigenlijk was het de verandering van
beetje de traditionele taal cursus structuur naar
ja we hebben nu een zomerschool ja 2 keer gedaan
we hebben
dag excursies naar verschillende steden gedaan
een kook cursus een
karaoke avond ja van alles precies
en dat merk jij ook dat mensen dat zo erg bind ja en
weet je dat je soort van diepere connectie hebt met
het land maar ook gelijk met de taal
ja en meer motivatie krijgt
en zo dus ja en het is iets waar je op
op je eigen manier
lid van kan zijn en
het is niet zoals een taalschool die je
of een cursus die je in je leven moet pas
laten passen dat je de
waarmee je ja die je afrond na een2 weken
maar het is meer hoe past community in jouw leven
ga je naar een paar lessen per week of
of heel veel het is allemaal gebaseerd op hoe jij
je eigen leven leeft
of je nou in Nederland woont of niet maar
er is voor iedereen wel een plek in de community
ja dat is heel mooi ook verschillende niveaus
zelfs als je al misschien Nederlands les geeft
hebben we een paar studenten
die een eigen community daar weer aan
linken dus het is eigenlijk
van alles wat ja precies
en ja we krijgen nu ook
suggesties van studenten door
met series of boeken of ja
apps of wat ze ook gebruiken om elkaar
een beetje te ondersteunen dus dat is ook het community
gevoel het is een gemeenschap in het Nederlands
natuurlijk
maar het woord community is ook wel ja populair hier
zeker ja dat is misschien ook
dat het going Dutch community idee
op zich is ook al
het is een Engelse term maar het maakt
het Nederlands door
ja het gewoon te zijn
ja ja en ik ook dat vind ik als je kijkt naar
ja een taal leren ook als je kijkt naar andere landen
er worden heel veel Engelse
woorden gebruikt door populaire
cultuur popcultuur eigenlijk
wat helemaal prima is en wat mensen zelf
daar ook gebruiken ja dus
ja om iets minder
strikt te zijn van oh dit is hoe het hoort ja
maar juist meer van
hoe gebruiken mensen het echt
ja kan je een soort van speelser met de taal omgaan
ja zodat je ook echt kan verbinden met mensen
en dat het authentieker voelt
ja want in Nederland spreekt niemand
alleen maar Nederlands
ook Nederlanders niet
die zijn natuurlijk heel hoog in het Engels
niveau dat zij beheersen
omdat ze gewoon graag oefenen met het Engels maar
ja voor ons allebei wij
leren allebei ook andere talen en wij
gebruiken die talen ook graag dus
we hadden laatst al die zomerschool
waarbij de studenten alleen maar
Nederlands mogen praten
maar ik moet dan ook mijn best doen
om niet een ander
Spaans woordje of een andere woord erin te gooien dus
het is
meertaligheid is de
kern van wie we zijn ook in de community
dus iedereen heeft zijn eigen
taal en die neemt zijn eigen kennis
mee naar de community en daar praten we gezellig over
en ik denk dat we heel veel van elkaar leren
door dat te doen
ja in elke les ja precies
ja en dit is maar het begin van weer een nieuwe podcast
setting en we hebben nog heel veel leuke dingen op
de planning
staan maar ik ben heel benieuwd waar zie jij
Going Dutch Community over 5 jaar
goeie vraag
je weet het nooit waar dingen
naartoe gaan maar ik denk waar wij
heel erg actief mee bezig zijn is
om verschillende
dingen te organiseren
om verschillende onderdelen van het leven eigenlijk
te linken aan
ja het taal leerproces
dus door
veel verschillende activiteiten te organiseren
en daarnaast eigenlijk
ja we we hopen natuurlijk een soort eerste plek te zijn
voor mensen
als ze denken oké ik wil Nederlands leren ik wil
hulp van andere mensen ik wil tips krijgen
ik woon in Deventer
en ik wil mijn Nederlands oefenen
of ik wil andere mensen leren kennen
die ook Nederlands aan het leren zijn
dat dat allemaal via de de going Dutch community kan
met partners ja met
docenten van ons die misschien in verschillende steden
wonen en daar dingen organiseren
dus ja eigenlijk een
groot netwerk ja niet alleen online
niet alleen online nee nee dus de mix tussen
online omdat het praktisch is
je kan het doen
na je werk voor je werk tijdens je werk
of je studie of iets anders
of als je kinderen hebt
misschien tussendoor ik weet niet of dat mogelijk is
ik heb geen kind maar
maar een avond uurtjes misschien
ja precies maar dat je het in ieder geval kan
inplannen om je
leven heen eigenlijk maar daarnaast ook wel het
het fysieke het persoonlijke en in het echt ook ja
omdat het leuk is
en ja het het me helpt ook met de motivatie denk ik
ja en ja ik ontdek
Nederland graag en ik deel het ook graag met anderen
dus dit is ook een leuke manier
natuurlijk om dat te doen ja
dus ja we zijn altijd open voor
samenwerkingen dus sowieso dat zeker ja ja dus
nog heel veel leuke dingen op de
planning in ieder geval ja en ook je
fietsavontuur dus ik ga ik
