but yes we actually have a gourmet set at home

I don't know if you've ever done that

yes because normally we always do at Christmas
we have a tradition of going to the cinema
and then eating out
and often to those big movies like
Avatar or Avatar which is now back in the cinema
but this year we are going home again
to celebrate Christmas and I like that too

and then with presents we drew lots
so we do that on the 24th
and that day after that is Christmas Day of course
normally we always went to family
and now I go to my in-laws
because my mother-in-law's birthday is December 25
so we have an extra birthday party
and we will celebrate Boxing Day again

we rent a room there
to celebrate Christmas there at home

where we celebrate Christmas with friends
so there are a lot of Christmases right here

toy supermarket with

a fake Christmas tree

to assemble and clean up

Sinterklaas to buy the Christmas tree

practiced a lot of French this year
so that has certainly improved
I notice that I now mainly the passive side
so now follow conversations
actually know what is happening and
and what people are talking about
that goes
yes yes very good
so now it's really time for more
to practice speaking and actually longer
conversations come so well it is nice that I am next
going to France in 2 days
so that will be a lot of practice again
yes or testing that is a great evaluation exactly
yes every year it is an evaluation there it feels
nice so that and yes
other personal things were actually kind of
consistency with sports
to just yes a little bit me too
i like not thinking about things and actually
make it part of your life
so that
I also try a bit with sports because just
yes to do almost every day
as part of your routine
so that went pretty well
yes so that's 2 2 parts
and then for going Dutch
I think it was the biggest
the summer school so the yes the first
longer activity
so of course we have more often done
activities for 1 day or evenings such as speed dutching
but this was the first time for several days
and well it was a decent
assignment and it was
it took extremely much
energy
but it also gave a lot and it was a fun
super fun experience
yes so we will definitely do that
so do it again next year
the date is not yet known
but we will let everyone
via social media or
be sure to tell when that is via the podcast

the summer school
stands for me too
at the top of my list of the things I really like
see as a milestone
for what we have achieved
because it was so much fun but also if so
helpful I think
what is going on in that yes short time
is done with all students
so that was
anyway one of the things that I am very happy with
and of course just grow in the going
Dutch community
and meet a lot of students and help that
that is really a nice milestone
again I
sometimes it is one you can be very concrete with goals
for example i want to
exercise for as many hours or as many days a week
and that ultimately helps to achieve a goal
it is a bit easier to measure in that respect
and for the going
Dutch
community it is nice anyway that we have a lot of videos
have included
in this podcast
variant and that we do with that
have chatted and talked a lot
so it is a
sometimes you also have milestones you reach
without putting it at the beginning of the year

is to look at that from
what have you achieved
with no you knew you wanted or could do that

I actually always have language goals
or language oriented

and last year I had a bingo
card made with things I wanted to do this year
and that bingo card said
that I have a conversation of at least 5 minutes
in Persian
want to be able to have with my in-laws
and that certainly worked
I think I can do it longer
it is at least 5 minutes
can I just have a normal phone call or a
have conversation
in Persian about yes daily things
so that really feels like a milestone where i
am very happy with it
that was thanks to my tutor
that I had lessons with every week
because before that I did my own study for a long time
and had a lot of input
so I had learned a lot
and that was the Iranian variant
so my pronunciation was still a bit difficult
but thanks to the lessons I do
can make my own language in that
and I feel very comfortable with it
yes exactly
so I can certainly grow into that even more
but the basis was the main goal for me so a1
and I am very happy with that and yes
that was actually mainly because of that
I think to create that rhythm

I am very happy with that
and of course I also had the pregnancy
bringing a healthy baby into the world as a milestone this year

I have to restart again
and then a kind of mental blockage begins
to do that too

ok i have a busy period now
so I can do a little less
but just know what you still have
that you can continue with

and then actually adjusts that way per per period

how active you learn
in what yes passive ways you still
can continue
you can still make small profits every
every conversation you have with someone in the supermarket
with your neighbors is of course
a way to learn and keep going

ja ik ik heb ergens in huis ook een kerstmuts liggen
maar ik kon hem helaas niet vinden
dus nu moet jij de kerstsfeer representeren vandaag
ja ik heb hier een een hele grote
een kerstsok met heel veel kerstmutsen
maar helaas kan ik hem nu niet aan je geven
maar nee wie weet volgende keer
ja ja het is het is ook het thema
van deze week natuurlijk
we zijn nu een een paar dagen voor kerst
dus we gaan het deze 2 weken ook hebben over
de kerst maar ook over
oud en nieuw over de feestdagen over het algemeen
Uhm
en ik denk ook deze periode hoort ook een beetje bij
reflexie van wat het afgelopen jaar allemaal
is gebeurd
dus misschien kunnen we ook een beetje terug blikken op
op dit jaar samen
dus
maar eerste ja heb je plannen met kerst
met de feestdagen
met kerst heb ik wel wat plannen inderdaad
ik heb 24 December
vieren wij altijd kerst met mijn ouders
dat is dus kerstavond eigenlijk
dan gaan we wat eten
we gaan dit jaar gourmetten
dus dat is een tijd geleden voor mij
om weer typisch Nederlands te gourmetten
dus daar heb ik heel
veel zin in het is
altijd heel fijn vind ik om lekker aan tafel te zitten
en gewoon heel de avond te eten
alleen maar bezig zijn met eten
en heel veel kleine hapjes
zodat je van alles wat kan proeven
je hoeft niet te kiezen
precies typisch Nederlands denk ik gourmetten
doe jij dat ook wel eens
ik heb het een tijdje al niet gedaan
maar ja wij hebben thuis een gourmet set eigenlijk
maar dat is het is meer de Franse versie dus raclette
ik weet niet of je dat wel eens hebt gedaan
nee nog nooit nee
nee dan gaan we binnenkort de de Franse versie doen
is goed samen ja
ja want normaal doen wij met kerst altijd
hebben wij een traditie om naar de bioscoop te gaan
en dan uit eten
en vaak naar van die grote films zoals
Avatar of Avatar die nu ook weer in de bioscoop is
maar dit jaar gaan we weer thuis
kerst vieren en dat vind ik ook wel leuk
gewoon lekker bij de eigen kerstboom
en dan met cadeautjes hebben we lootjes getrokken
dus dat doen wij op de 24e
en die dag daarna op is eerste kerstdag natuurlijk
normaal gingen we dan altijd ook naar familie
en nu ga ik naar mijn schoonfamilie
want mijn schoonmoeder is jarig op 25 December
dus we hebben een een extra verjaardagsfeest erbij
en tweede kerstdag vieren we dan wel weer
kerst in
het ja bejaardenhuis van mijn oma
daar huren we dan een kamer af
om daar thuis kerst vieren
ja en dan heb ik zelfs ook nog derde kerstdag
waar we dan met vrienden kerst vieren
dus er zijn heel veel kerstdagen hier precies
ja ja ik denk het is een nieuwe concept ook omdat
mensen hebben teveel
ja of vrienden of familie van beide kanten
om en en niet genoeg kerstdagen
dus sowieso een 2e kerstdag is al bijzonder
ik denk in veel landen is er geen tweede kerstdag
maar in Nederland wel alleen dus ook een 3e kerstdag
voor jou zelfs dat ja
en voor jou heb jij ook zoveel kerstdagen dit jaar ja
ja ik ga ik ben in Frankrijk dit jaar voor kerst
dus daar is maar 1 kerstdag
en ook kerstavond natuurlijk
dus ik denk voor veel mensen
ja het is alleen in de avond
maar je viert het toch wel een beetje de de hele dag al
dus die 2 kerstdagen en
ik ben de 26e
weer terug in Nederland dus tweede kerstdag
alleen mijn mijn ouders zijn er allebei niet
dus ik dacht ik kom
iets eerder terug dan kan ik 2e
kerstdag vieren ergens
alleen
dat gaat dat gaat hem niet worden dit jaar oh
jammer ja maar goed het is wat het is
ja en ja dus voor voor mij voor voor
kerst ik weet niet vroeger was het nooit echt
een groot
ja groot feest of zo van het was wel bijzonder
maar
December zit ook zo vol met met feestdagen
en als kind is is was voor mij Sinterklaas altijd
belangrijker dan dan kerst
ik kreeg altijd
ja leukere cadeaus volgens mij
dat was het belangrijkste natuurlijk dus ja
ja kerst was vooral eten
en Sinterklaas was echt de cadeautjes krijgen
en we hebben het eerder al gehad over cadeaus dat je
cadeautjes hebt gekocht misschien
voor het ene feest of het andere feest
maar dit jaar deed je ook met kerstcadeautjes toch
ja precies ja ja
gelukkig ik kom net uit uit Hongkong en
nou als je op zoek bent naar cadeautjes dan is dat
een goede plek daarvoor
dus we waren in een shopping mall met
eigenlijk alleen maar rare cadeautjes dus
ja en na een tijdje dacht ik oh daar is een supermarkt
maar dat bleek een
speelgoed supermarkt te zijn met
zeg maar broccoli tassen en ja
allemaal gekke dingen dus
daar hebben we wel wat leuke dingen kunnen vinden voor
ja cadeautjes
dus die liggen nu onder je kerstboom
of heb je geen kerstboom
precies nog niet nou
we hebben thuis
een nep kerstboom
ja dus die is altijd wel wat makkelijker
om in elkaar te zetten en op te ruimen
alleen hij staat nog
niet maar ik denk dat we dat nog wel gaan doen
ook al zijn we niet thuis met kerst
dus
maar ja ik denk voor veel mensen staat
begin December al de kerstboom in huis
en bij jou staat 'ie al in huis?
ja de traditie is meestal om het in het weekend van
Sinterklaas de kerstboom te kopen
en dan precies ja
eigenlijk een minuut na 12 nee
de dag na Sinterklaas 5 December
dan op te zetten
en dan alle lichtjes
op te hangen en het hele huis te versieren
en decoreren
dus dit jaar hebben we een kleine echte kerstboom
vorig jaar hadden we een grote
maar dat was toch wel veel
te doen en dit jaar hebben we gekozen voor een kleinere
ja ja precies compacter
makkelijker te versieren en
makkelijker mee te nemen ook denk ik
het ruikt nog wel echt lekker hoor zo'n
echte kerstboom
dat is het leukste wat ik vind aan een echte kerstboom
ja precies en ja we hadden het over gourmetten
ik denk ja gewoon een kerstdine
ja met een groot stuk vlees met
ja een tafel vol met allemaal gerechten
is natuurlijk altijd leuk
wat zijn andere dingen die echt bij kerst
horen voor jou
een kerststol of eigenlijk het kerstontbijt
uh
sowieso dat is wel iets voor tweede eerste kerstdag
trouwens dat we altijd wel
echt een groot kerstontbijt doen ook met een een stol
net als bij het paasontbijt
een beetje dezelfde dingen liggen op tafel
niet extra bijzonders
maar wel gewoon lekker
met de kerstboom aan en thee en koffie en
heel veel lekkere dingen op tafel
het kerstontbijt ja de vieren
en ijs
heel veel ijs bij als toetje
hmm niet ik ben helemaal niet zo'n fan van ijs
softijs of schepijs
maar met kerst
zo'n ijstaart
zo'n vianetta
komt er altijd wel
op tafel en heel veel slagroom
ja ja je weet het dan zit je eigenlijk al lang vol
maar toch blijf je eten
ja precies ja het is
het is interessant om
kerst in verschillende landen te zien
Uhm
en hoe het ook wordt gevierd in verschillende landen
en wat een beetje de tradities zijn erbij
ik was eerder deze maand ook in de Filipijnen
wat nou
heel erg katholiek is en waar kerst
super belangrijk is
en ook al maanden ervoor volgens mij overal
kerstversieringen zijn
alleen ja
het voelt altijd raar om in een tropisch land te zijn
en iemand met een kerstmuts
te zien lopen of een kerstman zeg maar of een kerstboom
maar ja ik ben ook wel benieuwd wat
wat wat de kerstradities zijn van mensen die
die luisteren
dus dat kunnen ze sowieso even in de comments
delen natuurlijk
en ja dit dit jaar ben ik
in in Frankrijk en
in Frankrijk heb je dus de kerstavond
het dinee en
dan heb je de dag daarna
dus eerste kerstdag heb je vaak een
een brunch of een lunch zeg maar dus wel wat later
ja en dat is ook wat zwaarder
dus niet met eitjes en broodjes en dat soort dingen
maar dat is echt meer met
ja met een groot stuk vlees ook en
gewoon hele zware gerechten
en ja dit is dan wel specifiek in
in West Frankrijk aan de kust
waar ook
ja altijd oesters te koop zijn
in de Winter voor een
een hele lage prijs wat ik als Nederlander heel fijn vind
dus het is ja typisch ook wel om om oesters te eten
maar dat meer tijdens oud en nieuw ook
oké ja dus en tijdens de kerst wordt ook veel
foi gras gegeten
niet het meest etische wat er is maar wel
ja wel heel lekker moet ik zeggen
ja
want ben je eerder ook met oud en nieuw daar geweest al
nee nee nee meestal in oud en nieuw
met oud en nieuw in
in Nederland ja ja
en nog een vraag over
dat is dan de cadeautjes op kerstavond of
bij die lunch
wanneer doen ze de cadeaus
dus meestal dus
kerstavond is het diner en dan in de ochtend
zijn de cadeautjes en dan daarna
is dan de brunch lunch
zeg maar aha precies dus die is dan iets later
ja dus cadeautjes doe je dan in je pyjama of nee dan
ja ja ja leuk
ja dat is gezellig toch
ja precies nou het
het verschilt natuurlijk ook per familie
wat mensen doen
er zijn
culturele dingen die mensen doen maar natuurlijk ook
per gezin verschilt het zeker
dus ja met dat zie je heel erg denk ik
dat elk gezin een eigen cultuur is
eigen
op zich want
binnen Nederlandse gezinnen zullen ook heel veel
verschillen zijn
ja ja precies
maar ik moet zeggen
ik liep net door de supermarkt
en ik zag al de kerststollen liggen
en de de drang om er eentje te kopen
en te eten is
is heel groot dus dat is nog wel een soort
nationale cultuur denk ik ook een beetje door de
marketing van supermarkten
en ja je kan er niet omheen zeg maar
nee precies ja ja en ook
er zijn ook grote verschillen met oud en nieuw
want
heb je ooit oud en nieuw buiten Nederland gevierd
ja
hoe vaak moet ik even denken een paar keer
ja of misschien
ja ja ja dus ik heb een keer oud een nieuw gevierd in
Marokko in de woestijn
oh ja er waren
niet zoveel er was niet zoveel vuurwerk
eigenlijk helemaal niks nee maar wel een hele mooie
sterrenhemel
dus dat was eigenlijk ja een van de mooiste
ja nieuwjaarsvieringen die ik heb gehad
maar om kwart over 12
of misschien 5 over 12 zijn we allemaal gaan slapen
want het was extreem koud
en we waren allemaal moe van een lange dag
dus maar het was wel mooi een hele mooie plek
wel gewacht tot het nieuwe jaar maar daarna gelijk
precies slaap lekker
ja ja ja
maar dat lijkt me wel mooi hoor de
in plaats van vuurwerk zoveel sterren te kunnen zien
hmm zeker ja en jij
ja ik ben een keer was ik in Turkije
toen ik heel jong was
en toen leerde ik eigenlijk voor het eerst
dat ze in andere landen
helemaal niet zoveel vuurwerk als in Nederland hebben
want in Nederland gaat het natuurlijk overal helemaal
tekeer zelfs nu er een verbod is
er is volgens mij al 3 jaar een verbod in
Schiedam en Rotterdam
waar ik woon
maar het lijkt wel meer dan ooit het het vuurwerk
maar omdat
als kind dan in een ander land mee te maken
vond ik helemaal niet leuk
want ik dacht
jeej we hebben oud en nieuw in een ander land
maar er was helemaal niks
niemand feliciteerde
het was niet zo bijzonder
ja als ik had verwacht misschien
maar toen ik weer in Nederland kwam
dan ben je wel altijd een beetje in shock van
wow wat gebeurt er allemaal
en dat vuurwerk is zo hard
en de knallen gaan
oh ja je moet echt uitkijken
dat je niet wordt geraakt door een vuurpijl
ja het is natuurlijk best gevaarlijk allemaal
dus ik ja ik weet niet hoe het dit jaar zal zijn
maar en dus ik ben benieuwd
en een andere oud en nieuw
was in Thailand in Chang Mai
en dat was met de lichtjes
met de lampionnen die omhoog gingen
dat met oud en nieuw hebben gevierd
en dat was ook heel mooi dat
misschien moeten we dat gewoon hier ook doen
om een rustige manier ook het nieuwe jaar met licht
in te gaan toch een beetje speciaal
naar boven kijken
naar buiten maar niet met zoveel harde knallen
ja toen ik als kind zou het niet eens zijn met je maar
nu als volwassene zeker
uh
dat dat is denk ik een van de grootste veranderingen
in mijn leven is
hoe enthousiast ik was voor vuurwerk
en eigenlijk elk jaar dat ik ouder werd
werd ik steeds minder enthousiast erover en nu ja
de afgelopen paar jaren heb ik geen
vuurwerk aangeraakt
terwijl
toen ik misschien 10 of 11 was was het het enige
belangrijke die dag precies
ik kan me herinneren
dat alle tafels helemaal vol lagen met vuurwerk
ja als we dan naar buiten gingen
ja ik heb ook nog een keer iets in mijn hand laten afsteken
en nou gelukkig niet echt iets
ernstig fout fout gegaan maar
ik kan me voorstellen als ouder
dat je wel zorgen maakt over je kinderen
tijdens oud en nieuw
zoals je zegt het is nu minder
dus je hebt het verbod natuurlijk en
ja ja ik ik merk het ook al minder op straat
maar ja volgens mij toen wij 10 12 zoiets waren
was het ene grote chaos en de volgende dag
was het ook ene grote bende
overal ja vooral dat ja
de hele straten vol met afval
ja ja en inderdaad voor kinderen oppassen
zijn in een ziekenhuis
natuurlijk altijd wel weer nieuwe ja situaties
maar ook voor onze huisdieren is het niet leuk
al die knallen die
dus er zijn veel redenen om het niet te doen inderdaad
ja ja precies
behalve sterretjes die vind ik leuk
ja ja nou op zich ook ik hou van vuurwerk
ik vind het mooi om te zien
en ja nou in Rotterdam heb je ook de de vuurwerk show
natuurlijk ja
daar ben ik nooit geweest jij denk ik wel nee
zeker ja want dit jaar zou het niet doorgaan
maar gelukkig is het toch
volgens mij gaat het wel door uiteindelijk
dus met oud en nieuw
bij de Erasmusbrug is er weer een grote vuurwerk show
maar met de wereldhavendagen in September
dan is de show nog groter
dus ik zou ook merken als je niet met oud en nieuw kan
kan je in September ook naar de dat vuurwerk
kijken hmm is dat elk jaar
ja het eerste weekend van September
worden de haven dagen gevierd
en dat is echt supergroot
vuurwerk ook en dan is het nog een beetje warm
dan kan je lekker de hele avond daar feesten
ja in plaats van in de kou in de Winter
want bijna altijd regen
met oud en nieuw
dus misschien dit jaar niet
ja precies ja misschien een leuke
excursie voor volgend jaar om naar Rotterdam te gaan
tijdens de wereldhavendagen
zal wel heel druk zijn waarschijnlijk maar
zeker maar wel leuk want het is nog zomer
dus het is een leuke
ja leuke dag dan
ja het is tot laat licht en precies
ja ja dus het einde van het jaar
misschien ook een leuk moment om even te
reflecteren op wat we dit jaar allemaal
hebben gedaan
dus ja reflectie doe ik
heel veel nu met de tijd voor feedback
week van going Dutch
dat is een week waarin we met studenten
reflecteren op het voor
ja het afgelopen jaar
op taaldoelen en ja situaties die je hebt meegemaakt
waar je trots op bent
waar je blij mee bent
en zodat je kan zien wat je het nieuwe jaar ook
weer wil gaan doen
dat doen we eigenlijk elke maand
deze reflexie
maar
aan het einde van het jaar is het toch extra speciaal
met een feest kerstmuts op
ja precies
het voelt ook als een moment om even terug te blikken
op wat je hebt gedaan
ook misschien wat je had willen doen
maar niet hebt kunnen doen
en het is ook altijd een beetje een cliché
om januari te starten met nieuwe doelen en
zeg maar een nieuw persoon of zo
ik ja ben niet een heel groot fan daarvan omdat
de de kans dat je na
ja een paar weken er weer mee stopt dan wel groot is
maar het concept is wel goed denk ik
om een een herstart te maken en
maar ik denk het is belangrijk om realistisch te zijn
ook met iets wat je ook echt voor
weet je wel langer kan kan volhouden
dus ook gewoon ja met
het systeem wat we aanhouden
met de thema's die we hebben
met het wekelijkse systeem eigenlijk
zorg je er ook voor dat je in een soort van trein
terecht komt
en dat je eigenlijk niet hoeft na te denken over
oh ja weet je wel
welke periode wil ik meer tijd aan besteden of minder
wanneer welk doel wil ik behalen
maar gewoon door door te blijven gaan kom je
kom je ervanzelf
en wij moedigen je aan langs de kantlijn
ja precies
nee maar dat is ook zo ja reflexie is altijd goed
soms in September
waar we het over hadden
is meer het gevoel van een nieuw schooljaar
maar ik denk je kan
ja elke kans pakken om een nieuwe start
een frisse start te hebben
maar nu is het December dus laten we dat nu ook doen
ja heb jij dingen waar ben jij
heb jij dingen die je aan het begin van het jaar
wilde doen en die je ook hebt gedaan
nou ja veel van de de dingen gerelateerd aan
aan going Dutch zijn
zijn goed gegaan dit jaar
dus dat is in ieder geval fijn
op persoonlijk niveau ja
het is altijd een beetje gerelateerd aan taal
maar ik ben zelf ook wel
dat ik meer wil dan wat realistisch kan
dus ik volgens mij begon ik het jaar met 4
verschillende talen per week oefenen
en dat heb ik niet heel lang volgehouden
want dat was een beetje teveel
ja ik kan me herinneren Duits
Frans Portugees
precies nou maar ja ik heb
wel veel Frans geoefend dit jaar
dus dat is zeker vooruit gegaan
ik merk dat ik nu vooral de passieve kant
dus nou gesprekken volgen
eigenlijk weten wat er gebeurt en
en waar mensen het over hebben
dat gaat
ja ja heel goed
dus nu is het ook echt tijd om meer
te oefenen met spreken en eigenlijk langer in
gesprekken komen dus nou het is mooi dat ik volgende
over 2 dagen naar naar Frankrijk ga
dus dat wordt weer lekker veel veel oefenen
ja of juist testen dat is een grote evaluatie precies
ja elke jaar is het weer een evaluatie daar zo voelt het
mooi dus dat en ja
andere persoonlijke dingen waren eigenlijk een soort
consistentie met sporten
om gewoon ja ook een beetje ik
ik hou van niet nadenken over dingen en eigenlijk
onderdeel maken van je leven
dus dat
probeer ik met sporten ook een beetje doordat gewoon
ja elke dag bijna elke dag te doen
als onderdeel van je routine
dus dat is redelijk goed gegaan
ja dus dat zijn 2 2 onderdelen
en dan voor voor going Dutch
ik denk het het grootste was
de de zomerschool dus de ja de eerste
langere activiteit
dus we hebben natuurlijk vaker dag
activiteiten gedaan of avonden zoals speed dutching
maar dit was voor het eerst een aantal dagen
en nou het was een behoorlijke
opgave en het was
het kostte extreem veel
energie
maar het gaf ook heel veel en het was een leuke
superleuke ervaring
ja dus dat gaan we zeker doen
nog een keer doen dus volgend jaar
de datum is nog niet bekend
maar we gaan iedereen
via social media of
via de podcast zeker vertellen wanneer dat is
dus ja mooi
ja en voor jou ja zeker
de zomerschool
staat voor mij ook
bovenaan mijn lijstje met de dingen die ik echt als
mijlpaal zie
voor wat we hebben bereikt
omdat het zo leuk was maar ook zo ja
behulpzaam denk ik
wat er allemaal in die ja korte tijd toch
gedaan is met alle studenten
dus dat was
sowieso ook een van de dingen waar ik heel blij mee ben
en verder natuurlijk gewoon groeien in de going
Dutch community
en heel veel studenten ontmoeten en helpen dat
dat is ook echt een mooie mijlpaal
weer ik
soms is het een kan je heel concreet zijn met doelen
bijvoorbeeld ik wil
zoveel uur of zoveel dagen per week sporten
en dat helpt uiteindelijk aan een doel te bereiken
het is wat ja makkelijker te meten in dat opzicht
en voor de going
Dutch
community is het sowieso fijn dat we heel veel video's
hebben opgenomen
in deze podcast
variant en dat we daarmee
heel veel met elkaar hebben gekletst en gepraat
dus het is een
soms heb je ook mijlpalen die je bereikt
zonder dat je hem aan het begin van het jaar zet
en ik denk dat het ook belangrijk
is om daarnaar te kijken van
wat heb je bereikt
zonder dat je wist dat je dat wilde of kon doen
dus dat
vind ik sowieso leuk bij de going Dutch community
en dat gaan we volgend jaar ook lekker voortzetten
precies en ja
en nog meer activiteiten
elkaar ook meer zien
maar goed de frisse start
we volgende thema
gaan we meer praten over het nieuwe jaar
dus nu weer terug naar de reflexie
privé was voor mij ook
heel heb ik eigenlijk altijd wel taaldoelen
of taalgerichten
ja doelen die ik wil behalen
en vorig jaar had ik een bingo
kaart gemaakt met dingen die ik dit jaar wilde doen
en op die bingo kaart stond
dat ik een gesprek van minimaal 5 minuten
in het Persisch
wil kunnen hebben met mijn schoonfamilie
en dat is ook zeker gelukt
ik kan denk ik wel langer maar het
het is minimaal 5 minuten
kan ik gewoon een normaal telefoongesprek of een
conversatie hebben
in het Perzisch over ja dagelijkse dingen
dus dat voelt echt als een mijlpaal waar ik
heel blij mee ben
dat was dankzij mijn tutor
waar ik elke week mee les had
want daarvoor heb ik heel lang zelf studie gedaan
en heel veel input gehad
dus ik had heel veel geleerd
en dat was dan ook de Iraanse variant
dus mijn uitspraak uitspraak was nog een beetje moeilijk
maar dankzij de lessen heb ik wel
mijn eigen taal kunnen maken in dat
en voel ik me heel comfortabel erbij
ja precies
dus daar kan ik zeker nog wel meer in groeien
maar de basis was voor mij het hoofdoel dus a1
en daar ben ik superblij mee en ja
dat was eigenlijk vooral door die
dat ritme te creëren denk ik
dus dat
is daar ben ik superblij mee
en daarnaast had ik ook natuurlijk de zwangerschap
een gezonde baby op de wereld brengen als mijlpaal dit jaar
en dat is ook gelukt een mooie zoon dus
ja dat is eigenlijk meer hoef ik niet te
te te hebben voor een jaar maar ik ben heel blij daarmee
ja dat zijn grote grote mijlpaal een groot mijlpaal
voor het jaar dus
dat is allemaal goed gegaan gelukkig
zeker ja ja ja
dus dat komt voor het nieuwe jaar ook wel weer
verder maar
voor nu is dat een grote
een groot punt ja
verder ja ben ik eigenlijk heel blij daarmee
ja precies mooi
ja ik denk ook
sommige mensen willen misschien teveel ook in een jaar
dus ja het is ook belangrijk om om niet
teveel te verwachten aan het begin en dan
eigenlijk teleurgesteld te zijn aan het einde
maar gewoon realistisch zijn en ook dingen aanpassen
zien als iets niet kan of niet mogelijk is om het
te veranderen
en ik denk met op het taal opzicht is het
het allerbelangrijkste is gewoon doorgaan ermee
en in contact blijven met de taal
en de grootste valkuil is dat mensen zeggen
oh ja ik heb een drukke periode nu dus
het gaat niet dus ik moet even pauze nemen
en dan zijn ze 9 maanden verder en denken ze oh nee
ik kan ik kan de taal niet meer
ik ben alles kwijtgeraakt
ik moet weer opnieuw starten
en dan begint een soort mentale blokkade om
om dat ook te doen
terwijl ja als je er Anders naar kijkt en gewoon denkt
oké ik heb een drukke periode nu
dus ik kan iets minder doen
maar wel gewoon weet wat je wel nog
waar je nog mee verder kan
Uhm
en dan eigenlijk op die manier aanpast per per periode
ja hoeveel actief
hoe actief je leert
op welke ja passieve manieren je nog steeds
door kan gaan
je kan nog steeds kleine winsten behalen elke
elke gesprek dat je met iemand voert in de supermarkt
met je buren is natuurlijk
een manier om te leren en te blijven doorgaan
of inderdaad passief
dat je gewoon altijd passief blijft doorgaan
door te luisteren
een kleine teksten lezen
alles draagt bij aan het proces
maar zolang je eigenlijk maar niet stil staat dus
blijf doorgaan op een of andere manier is al goed genoeg
precies nou we hebben genoeg ideeën om dat
toe te gaan voegen aan het platform
en aan ons concept voor volgend jaar
om ook een beetje de motivatie hoog te houden
dus daar kunnen we met een frisse start
de volgende de keer naar naar gaan kijken denk ik
ja voor nu alvast een hele fijne kerst
en ook alvast een gelukkig Nieuwjaar
en we spreken elkaar nog wel voor die tijd maar
voor nu ja ook een fijne dag nog dankjewel
fijne feestdagen en tot volgend jaar yes
