want ik denk dat
AI wel een beetje de nuances kan vertalen tegenwoordig
maar dat was echt dus door Google Translate gedaan
dus ik zeg ook altijd tegen mijn studenten alsjeblieft
gebruik geen Google Translate want
daar komen de letterlijke vertalingen vandaan
en dan ja maak je ons eigenlijk aan het lachen want dat
dat slaat er nergens op wat je vertaalt
maar wat er dus gebeurde was de film heette bad Frank
en hij stelde zichzelf heel de tijd voor
en in de ondertiteling
kwam dan heel de tijd
ik ben eerlijk

eerlijk omdat hij dan Frank of frankly
wordt vertaald
en hij zei ook heel de tijd van
zullen we de we gaan vanavond uit toch ja toch nee toch
en dat werd dan heel de tijd vertaald als rechts

en dit rechts
en de laatste was dat iemand dat hij zei van
we used to be friends
want we used to be friends in vroeger
en dat werd dan vertaald als
we gebruikten vroeger om samen vrienden te zijn
ja
en daar heb ik zo hard om gelachen omdat je elke keer
meer moest lachen en dan
dat was eigenlijk lang geleden dat ik echt
in een deuk lag en
bijna in mijn broek plaste van het lachen
ja ja ja het is een goed punt ook want ik
ik hoor mensen heel vaak
deze zin proberen te zeggen
used to be of used to eat of zoiets
en dan oké hoe zeg je dat in het Nederlands used to
maar ja het is het is gewoon de verledenheidsvorm
in het in het Engels dus het is ja ja
wat simpeler dus die letterlijkheid en die
figurlijkheid dat is voor mij heel grappig in taal
ja ja precies ja dat dat kan ook ik heb
ik heb nu geen lijstje van dingen maar er komen
meer dan genoeg
van dat soort situaties in de lessen ook dus
dan moet ik stiekem ook wel een beetje lachen
ja maar hetzelfde geldt voor ons met het Engels
natuurlijk ja het is gewoon
een onderdeel van het leerproces
humor is gewoon lastig en
het is eigenlijk ook vaak een idiolect denk ik
dus elk persoon heeft een andere vorm van humor
dus om die
ja je kan ook niet alleen de Nederlandse taal
gebruiken om die persoon te begrijpen
sommige mensen zijn
100% altijd grappig
of die proberen altijd grappig te doen of te zijn
en sommige mensen zijn het ook gewoon echt maar ja
zo verschil daarin

ja een van mijn doelen in taal leren is
mensen aan het lachen
krijgen in een andere taal
of zeg maar een grap vertellen in een andere taal
en al helemaal als het een soort
als het een woordgrap is en je gebruikt
misschien een soort van culturele nuance

grap in een andere taal

vinden ze dat sowieso al geweldig

door gewoon ook
ook zeg maar van sketch shows te kijken
en heel erg te duiken in de popcultuur
leer je de de specifieke nuances een beetje Kennen

dus ja ik denk in Nederland heb je dat ook natuurlijk
verschillende soort van sketches shows of
ik weet niet ik kom uit de de fase van master movies
en er is een hele generatie
die daar allemaal
referenties van kent
Uhm ik weet ik weet niet nu nu misschien iets meer

Uhm sluipschutters is ook een soort
ja sketch show
ja dat zijn ook
leuke manieren denk ik om de taal mee te oefenen
het zijn vaak
korte filmpjes over een heel specifiek onderwerp
en ja ja met humor
erbij blijft het misschien beter hangen
ook de woorden ja ja
ja zou zijn er inderdaad de luizenmoeder of op npo
of op Netflix denk ik ook wel een aantal
romantische comedies misschien waar een beetje
humor in komt ik denk dat je die wel kan kijken voor
ja het beetje oppakken van Nederlandse humor
ja maar ja zoals ik zei
mensen in Nederland zijn ook best direct en nuchter
dus soms ja
is het ook ja om het luchtig te houden een gesprek
is het leuk om humor te gebruiken
maar denk
ja denk jij dat mensen
in Nederland veel dat veel doen op de werkvloer
of in de supermarkt of zo
denk je dat mensen veel humor gebruiken
ja ik denk het wel

ik denk Nederlanders houden van luchtigheid
dus het is misschien niet heel specifiek
humor en grappen en zo maar een
ja soort van de situaties wat verlichten
ik denk de meeste Nederlanders houden niet van drama
dus ja hoe luchtiger hoe beter meestal
ja ja het is natuurlijk het ligt aan de persoon ook
de ene zoals je zei de ene
neemt het leven wat serieuzer dan de ander natuurlijk

maar het over het algemeen denk ik dat Nederlanders
redelijk luchtig zijn

leuke manier om het te leven een beetje leuker te maken

zijn al genoeg dingen die niet
die je niet laten lachen

op dit moment maakt me gewoon al blij

over de Nederlandse cultuur
zelfs voor
mij als Nederlander is het supergrappig om naar
om die dingen te bekijken
omdat je een soort reflectie hebt van
jezelf op een leuke manier dat je erom kan lachen
ja precies als het herkenbaar is
dat is denk ik ook heel belangrijk
in humor je moet jezelf kunnen herkennen in die situatie
en dan eigenlijk inzien van hoe belachelijk iets is
maar dat je het wel
zeker als je dingen dagelijks doet als
als het soort van dagelijkse gewoonte
zijn waar je niet echt over nadenkt
en je ziet dan een soort parodie daarover

grappig denk ik ja
ja en dat vind ik ook het leuke aan social media
aan Instagram
dat je ook dingen kan delen met elkaar
dus
ja sommige vrienden die sturen alleen maar filmpjes
en dan ja hahaha dan reageer je niet eens meer
maar bij andere
is het leuk om gewoon
een groepsapp te hebben op Instagram
en alleen maar
elkaar filmpjes te sturen
en ik herken mezelf hierin
of ik herken ons hierin of hahaha

het is tegenwoordig
een beetje te makkelijk om dit soort filmpjes te sturen
dus het gebeurt een beetje teveel ook
dus ja ik moet zeggen ik kijk ook niet altijd alles
nee soms moet ik even terug scrollen met de
20 filmpjes van iemand

maar ja en en ook niet alleen filmpjes ik denk ook
via Instagram
natuurlijk heb je ook
posts met teksten

kanaal of een
organisatie die ik heel leuk vind is De Speld
ja die ken je waarschijnlijk ook wel
ja zeker ja ja dus als je je dagelijkse nieuws wil
maar dan met een twist
en eigenlijk een soort van humoristische
draai erop dan kan dat heel leuk zijn
maar ja je moet wel weten dat het een comedy
nep nieuws nep nieuws is zeg maar want anders dan
ja klopt ja
ik denk dat dat een goede manier is inderdaad om ook
over de Nederlandse cultuur
en de humor daarin te leren
zeker ja ja ja ja want sommige
bijvoorbeeld Arjan lubach vind ik een beetje hit or miss
dus sommige zijn leuk sommige niet
maar bij De Speld is het bijna altijd
is het heel scherp en ja
heel cool precies dit
tegenwoordig in marketing
gebruiken ze natuurlijk sowieso
al hebben ze altijd al humor gebruikt
dat is eigenlijk de
2 dingen die het best werken zijn seks of humor
en je ziet tegenwoordig in die social media
accounts van de HEMA
of zo dat er steeds meer humor
kan worden gebruikt en dat het ook steeds

van de HEMA een marketingcampagne
2 dagen na de navotop
dat dat de vlekkenreiniger
in de aanbieding was voor
voor het koningshuis want daar zou iemand
hebben geslapen die veel vlekken achter zou laten

er zijn heel veel specifieke referenties
die jullie allemaal niet
gaan begrijpen als je dat nooit ziet
maar ga een keer voor een deep dive ja zoek daar maar
ja in deze filmpjes

ook iets grappigs dat dat ze daarna op straat
mensen gingen interviewen van
